Both leads deserve props, but I don't think the thing really vibes for me. I've seen it done before, a lot, and I don't think anyone's ever really nailed it. _The Hole in the Ground_ doesn't change my mind on that, and the whole thing starts to feel very familiar by the half-way point. I appreciated _The Hole in the Ground_, but I don't think I can recommend it. _Final rating:★★½ - Had a lot that appealed to me, didn’t quite work as a whole._
